First datalog

Hi Folks

I've attached my first datalog after getting the wideband hooked up. KAMRF is 1, wideband and LAMBSE seem very close. From what I can tell it doesn't appear to need any correction at idle, but if so, can you please explain how? I've read a million times and I suppose i'm a better learner when given an example and told where to look for things.

Thanks for your help

Steven

your fuel error is 1 and ipsibr is at 0

theres nothing to correct

Question,

Looking at the logs, I see the wideband shows a running average of 1.033. Lambse under the MAF hist table is a running average of .990. Both at 180 maf count. KAMRF is 1.0

Therefore, to dial in fuel for wideband to match lambse, 1.033-.990+1= 1.043 is my correction

I need to apply this to the 180 maf count cell in FN036 by using 1.043 x 25 (the value in the kg/hr cell next to 180). Therefore my new value would be 26.043.

Correct?

Hoping to get some feedback so I know if I'm really really off or not.

your wideband is wrong, in closed loop a wideband == 1.00 average

no, the maf history table IS THE FUEL ERROR, it already does the fuel error for you so you simply apply that correction to the maf voltage

go to 180 and multiply the flow (25) by 0.99

/done, its that simple
