DO_KOEO_TST bitmask use? - Solved

Unread postby yeastieBoB » Tue Dec 26, 2017 2:41 pm

How is this bitmask used? Does it behave like the check engine light during KOEO? Can this be included in a log?

that's the bit flag that gets set when a key on engine off self test is requested via the STI - self test input at the eec test connector up near the shock tower usually

I included it in the log as I once had some oddity where the check engine light would randomly spat codes while driving with no rhyme or reason, on my vehicle it was due to some wires melted on the exhaust and it intermittently shorting causing it to toss codes

no that bit flag is not the MIL flag, the MIL flag is the check engine light switch bidi port, its included in the logging on the latest version of the universal adx but I don't recall if I updated gufx for the latest bits as the processor is kinda slow and it takes quite a bit of overhead which im working on reducing here shortly come the first of the year
