Replace one HEGO with WB02?

Unread postby yeastieBoB » Sun Dec 24, 2017 12:04 pm

Is it safe to turn off/remove one HEGO and put the WB in it's place? Do I have to worry about only monitoring one bank with each sensor?

I'm eventually going to an X-pipe and I'll have to turn off one HEGO at that point anyway. When I replace my headers I'll probably add a second WB to the other bank.

Yes. No. I actually went as far as to use the narrowband sim in my wideband to trim the driver bank.

Thanks, I didn't know that was even an option. I'll have to look into that. What wideband are you using?

An old school Innovate LM-1 mounted under the passenger seat.
