5.4 cyl heads

Hey Mike I can grab a set of 2v heads off of a 2005 E350. Are they the same as the 2000 L heads.?? Should both be PI heads I guess. The price is right.
I have to call the guy tomorrow.

afaik the 5.4 heads are all the same the only difference being that the 2003+ heads have the extra spark plug threads where as the 02- only have 4 threads

Yo Mike , Bored as hell tonight. TV sucks. I bought that core motor with the PI 8 thread heads and got a steel crank and all the small parts with it.
timing cover for a van is different but no biggie. I will start working on a short block when gen 1 is done. Take er easy mate...
