What is the max RPM the EEC can run the engine?

Are we able to ask this EEC to have control of the engine up to 7000 rpm?
I am asking because I’m considering cams and head work that would likely optimize power where 6700 rpm’s shift points would be best and want to know what the eec is capable of.
