I was able to get it to idle. And some part throttle. Had a couple other issues arrise. Maf is fluctuating up and down in 22-34 point swings.
I tried reclocking, to not much avail. Currently back at work,I only get time on weekends

My maf is done in volts, but i think it's to be expected to move a bit. Decipha likes to have plastic screen before and after the maf sensor, it straightens out the airflow and helps settle the reading. (household plastic window screen. )
