Looks like too much AE fuel was causing it to overshoot. Transient fueling is definitely the most challenging thing to tune without a wideband.

Ordered a new kirban regulator. The popping came back after a couple days again driving me absolutely crazy. I can't think of anything else it could be. Filter and both pumps are new. Sometimes it clears up and runs great for a day or two.

Would you guys run 30psi base or up it to 60?

I went with 30psi. It is normal to need to multiply FN1321 - Equilibrium Intake Surface Fuel (TSEIF) many times with a ported intake?

Running injector cleaner for a few thousand miles cleared everything up. Anyone running AFR heads able/willing to share their spark table? My truck runs great with this table but was hoping to compare with other similar setups. It needs a lot of timing below 2k rpm as you can see.

that looks horrible

41 degrees at wot between 1250 and 1750 rpm is significantly over advanced

the mbt guidance on the homepage would get you much more in the ballpark

It just doesn't make any power otherwise. It looks terrible because load is 22+ at cruise under 2k. Even the slightest incline will push it to near 29 at less than half throttle.

pull 15 degrees out right there and it should make significantly more power

Cool I dropped 12 degrees and it made slightly more power but was rougher. I added a few back and it smoothed out. I am thinking one or more of the injectors are still gummed up and the extra timing is helping the inconsistent mixture light off better. I really don't want to pull the upper intake as I have to make a custom gasket each time. I am running Lucas injector cleaner. Do you have a better recommendation?

what rpm is in question? example; 1600 lugging in a high gear with tall tires is gonna be rough with a bigger cam. Stock cams are superior in this area.

In od I am running 1500rpm at 55mph. It actually cruises nicely as long as fuel delivery is happy. Is the tfs1 considered a big cam? I have 1.73 rockers as well
