-Donor car for EFI wiring harness is a 2003 Lincoln Town Car 4.6L CoP
Intake for EFI is a Weiand 7516 with bungs welded into runners.

How to build a Cam Sync for 351C
I have been searching online for a camshaft synchronizer for my 351C. Does anyone know if I can build one from my old distributor and a synchronizer from another engine? I saw on a different site that the 351W sync can be used for a 351C, just wondering how to go about mating them up.

351 never had a sync made people use the v6 bottom with the 5.0 upper. The 5.0 upper is a tad smaller than the 351 though so you have to put an o-ring on it.
I suppose the same can be done for the 351c if its interchangeable

Two ways to do this off the top of my head.
The cheap way(maybe). Get a 5.0 cam sync, 3.8l v6 cam sync, and a 351c/460 distributor gear. dissasemble both cam syncs, and put the 3.8l shaft into the 5.0l housing. install the collar onto the shaft, then all you need to do is install the cam gear on to the correct depth and redrill the rollpin hole.
The Expensive way(maybe). Give pricemotorsports.com a call. They make a custom one that uses the factory sensors, so its a plug and play situation. they are just on the expensive side.
But depending on what you end up paying for the individual parts to build one yourself, plus your time. It may have been cheaper to get the one from price motorsports.

FYI, The only difference between a 351w and a 351c/460 distributor is the cam gear. the 351c/460 use a larger diameter gear. Otherwise they are the same.

Thanks ironmanisanemic, that is exactly what I have been scouring the internet looking for. I saw the PM unit a while ago and don't want to pay $400USD for another frickin' part so I will yake the time to fab up the mix you have identified if I can find all the parts at the bone yard. I don't suppose you could throw me another bone and let me know which vehicles I should look for and the year range for the 5.0 and 3.8?

I bought a brand new v6 unit with VR sensor from RockAuto.
Going to use the top have of housing, the sensor, and the shaft.
I'm taking my old 351w distributor, cutting the top half away.
Then, mount the bottom half of original 351w to the top half of cam sync distributor, install shaft, drill hole, mount gear.
I do not see the need to have a third distributor from a 302 that doesn't fit the block, and still needs modifications to work.
If I'm going to be modifying a distributor, I"m going to modify what I have, and also modifying what fits like stock.
