GSALI vs P3M

So I've narrowed it down to this ECU's structure is about 15C7 off from the GSALI.

However, as 99.9% of the same values are within the skeleton of the binary, I'm wondering if this would be an ideal candidate for a speed density to MAF swap. Unfortunately I cannot verify the D9S 60 pin is just that, a swap and repin. I've looked at the GSALI pinout but need to be sure it's wired the same. Meaning the GSALI pins vs the P3M.

Since this is a very late 93 ECU, I'm wondering if anyone has verified this before.

Also, this car will have a slot style blow thru MAF and 42's on about 12psi. 93 E10 pump gas.

Does scaling still apply since SAD is identifying this a a 8065 ECU?

Any help is appreciated.

best bet is just find an ecu you know works

Got the P3M set in the car with a 05-up slot MAF. Had to scale it like a 8065 but funny thing is it uses the 83.99 or 84 lbs/min as maximum, and not the 63.99 or 64 lbs/min.

SAD didn't recognize one single thing when trying to auto-disassemble and it called it a 8065DEV binary, so I had to compare GSALI structure with it. Found everything I needed and more. Only small differences VS the X2P and this, except binary is further up and not exactly where you would think it would be when "hunting". Injector scalars are a tad off on compensation VS the two ECU's but all good. MAF is in #mass/tic format and calculations are anything but normal. Had to use some oddball calculations to match the clock speed.

So in short: I have a 90% completed XDF and a MAF converted SD car going on the P3MA strategy.

I calculated the maf limit to about 71.8 lbs/min with a quick estimate.

Yeah its not a normal eec-iv binary. I came up with X / 186 for the maf.

Makes sense. I'm sure I would've found the maf limit at a wot pull. Haven't done that yet. Thanks for the heads up and everything else!

P3M is an 8065.

Which SAD version?

Give 1.4 a go.
