Yeah, all grounds will be combined and go to a chassis ground.

Any problems with eliminating the downstream Hegos? Hego 12/22. Also, my ECU harness does not have pin 77 as an open connection, its capped off. I got the ecu and harness from the same Crown Vic.

Should I run the wiring for OSS and VSS incase I need to change it around or should I not worry about it and just repin it at the ecu if needed? I assume both of them use signal return?

just swap it at the ecu
