Yeah I'm pretty close to starting it and sold get it started in early September at the latest. I'm still collecting parts. Just ordered my converter and valve springs. Still need coils and a radiator and some headers. Im going on vacation and needed to save up some money so progress is a little slow right now.

I've added the Continental Deka V data to an updated tune and was anxious to try it but was concerned about the (big?) difference in low slope compared to the Siemens (Deka IV) data I've been using. After adjusting both to 43.5 psi FP, it looks like the Continental data is more than 17lb/hr lower than the Siemens low slope (high slope is very close). Seems like low slope will be richer than what I've been running but that's not taking into account the changes to things like breakpoint or offset in the new data.

I was hoping to follow your lead but I guess I might have to work up the nerve to try it myself!? Were you planning on adjusting your base FP to match the 43.5 psi the Continental data is provided at?

I haven't gotten it going yet. It's a huge undertaking. Complete chassis rewire, engine harness, trans rebuild, suspension all needs to be done before i get it on the road. I am going to get the engine started within the next month though

No problem, I'm not trying to rush you along. Hopefully I have time to try out the Continental injector data myself next week. I'll need to dial back my fuel pressure to 43.5 (there isn't any other FP adjusted data I know of) and reset FN036 back to manufacturer's MAF values to see how it performs compared to the Deka IV data I've used earlier.

Its all good. My headers showed up today, valve covers and plug wires tomorrow. Hopefully ill get my 4r70w reassembled this weekend so I can get that installed. My vacation in early August really messed up my timeline. I didnt spend any money on my truck for a few months saving up. Still hoping to start it the weekend of sept 18th.

FYI, I've been using the Continental data for my Siemens-Deka V (shorty) injectors since the earlier this year. I have to tell you it's a night and day improvement over the earlier model (Deka IV) data I had tried using before. It's nice to be able to input changes and have the expected result come back to you in a log. It helped me figure out very quickly that my MAF transfer function was accurate and the car is running best ever! I'm super happy you pointed me towards this info. Hope it works out as well for you when you get around to working on the truck again.

Really good to know the days i posted is wiring good. I'm still collecting parts for my truck but I'm pretty close to getting it running. My watts link suspension just showed up.
