That's a pretty horrible "tune". Best advice I can give is to delete it and start over. You definitely need the assistance of a professional before you hurt the engine.

If I had to guess I would assume the bucking your experiencing is due to the spark tables being raped and the fuel injectors. The FICs are known to fluctuate quite a bit.

Here's a base turbo tune file. All you need to do is dial in the maf and all of your issues should be gone unless you have mechanical problems.

Make sure your o2 sensor is in the downpipe AFTER the turbo. It CANNOT be before the turbo since o2 sensors can't take pressure or that much heat. Only the passenger wideband o2 sensor is needed the driver side can be removed as it has to be disabled on a turbo setup.

Its wise to put the rear o2 sensor(s) back on the car. They correct the wideband offset and since there's no other way to verify them its best to keep them.

From what you adjusted the maf it looks like your maf housing is too small. You'll need at least a 4" diameter pipe if you wish to keep the stock maf sensor. Otherwise you'll need to get a PMAS high flow frequency maf.
