1989 - 1991 Thunderbird SC Injectors.

I am trying to work out what injectors were on an L0E1/C0S SC Thunderbird.
I have 3 different numbers all are Bosch all show different flow rates, but not that different.
They are:
0 280 150 911 30lb
0 280 150 912 30.55lb
0 280 150 945 28.55lb
Did Ford mix and match sets (6 of the same number) depending on availability and use adaptive learning to compensate for different sets of injectors?
