Did you know the vics and marquis came with cop's that year?
And mustangs didnt?
Doesnt seem like either would run a mustang right.

cops can do coil packs no prob

Threw errors for a, b, c, and d coil circuits
And acted like it didnt know what kind of injectors and maf it had.
Ran worse than the f150 pcm

sounds like it wasnt getting a good connection on the j3 port
are you sure u got all the plastic off ?

On the 3rd cleaning.
It starts more than once. At least

Did a side by side comparison of my old j3 port and the current one.
Definitely not the connection.
Could use some input here. Still getting all coil circuits open mil
Still no tach
Car is extremely unhappy with it.

Has to be getting a good connection as she read out fine. That is indeed a stock vtc5 file.
That ecu isn't compatible for whatever reason.
Tach isn't going to work though as the marquis ecu doesnt have a tach output.

Knew i should have just bought the $200 ecu that i knew worked
Guess a 98 town car or vic ecu would be as equally useless
