I have fired my car back up after replacing distributor pickup/Hall effect sensor AND TFI module. Checked spark and coil control, everything appeared OK. Starts and runs fine but SAFTOT is displaying a single value kind of like if the spout were disconnected (it seems stuck on 14 dbtc). The spout connector seems OK, any idea what this points to? Maybe an issue with my logging setup in the latest TunerPro RT?

Re: computer not controlling timing
the ecu isn't logging the actual spark its only logging what its commanding. It has no way of knowing if the spout is in or out.

Re: computer not controlling timing
Thanks. Is there a chance I’ve enabled/disabled advance/retard (computer control) in my BIN inadvertently?
What is the purpose of the flag ‘Allow spout test” etc.?

Re: computer not controlling timing
Just to follow up. I’m not sure whether the difference was installing the latest version of A9L2 and overwriting an error in my earlier bin or maybe using an older (modified) ADX but all seems normal now.
