Missing transmission values

Unread post by glhs »

I'm working on making a base tune for my 99 cobra and for the bin file I'm trying to use EPM2_256 but cannot find SW_STALTV or FN616F. Could they be labeled under something else or am I doing something wrong? I've played around with tuning fwd turbo dodges in the past but this is my first time tuning a Ford and it's a much larger learning curve. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mine was swapped to a 4R70W with a manual valve body by the previous owner and I was thinking this bin file was my best choice since it was for a gt auto.

Sorry for the late response. I bought the car but I've had troubles finding someone in my area that can tune the car. Fast forward 11 years, I want to get this car out so I figured I'd just learn how to tune it myself. That way when ever I decide to do more mods I can do it myself. For now I just want to be able to start the car, move it around, and make sure there are no leaks with hopes to start pushing it next year.

I thought I knew what you meant. That said the cars been sitting a while, ( push power). So it's push power now, you need it running to drive so you can start pushing it again.... I'm just messin at this point. It's all good.

Can a Cobra computer be reprogrammed to run an auto or is it not hardware supported?
